Middle Hunscote Farm, Charlecote

The Landscape Workshop were appointed to undertake a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment in respect of a planning application to erect a stable barn, menage, horse walker, horse lorry parking, car park, tractor and hay shed with associated access and amenity. We undertook a desktop study which included the production of a Zone of Theoretical Visibility (ZTV), and selection of viewpoints were tested and photographed during the site visit. A detailed analysis of the effects (including cumulative) on landscape and visual receptors then followed.
