Cottown House

The Landscape Workshop were appointed by Studio LK to undertake a hard and soft landscape plan to support a planning application for proposed 4 dwellings on a site in Barnet. The project aimed to incorporate SuDS into the wider scheme as a usable space and balance the need for an aesthetic and low maintenance landscape design which was attractive for prospective homeowners, but also supported the ecological objectives of the site, incorporating native species and creating habitats for nesting birds, bats and other protected species.
