An LVIA submitted as part of an EIA) starts at £3,950.

LVIAs includes the following:

• Step 2 – Landscape and Visual Baseline analysis
• Step 3 – Analysis maps and zone of theoretical visibility
• Step 4 – Site visit with type 1 photography (annotated photography)
• Step 5 – Assessment of effects
• Step 6 – Cumulative Impacts
• Step 7 – Mitigation Measures
• Step 8 – Residual Assessment
• Step 9 – Report drafting and issue

Price excludes wireframes, 3D visualisations or verified photography (quotes can be obtained).

Hard and Soft Landscape Plans typically cost £950.

This includes the following:

• A3 general layout plan
• 2 No. A3 detailed plans
• Illustrated planting schedule and specification
• Illustrated hard landscape schedule and specification
• Specification for fences and other landscape structures/enclosures

Price excludes drainage layouts, road surface design and retaining structures above 1m high.

Landscape Management Plans typically cost £650.

This includes the following:

• A4 Report
• Landscape objectives
• Hard and Soft Management and Maintenance Guidelines
• Works schedule
