At The Landscape Workshop, we specialise in undertaking LVIA and TVIA reports for a wide range of developments, from minor development such as extensions to medium & large scale residential, commercial and agricultural developments.

Each report is comprehensive, adhering to the industry’s benchmark ‘Guidelines for Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (3rd edition)’ as endorsed by the Landscape Institute and IEMA, alongside other pertinent recommendations such as those from Natural England’s ‘Approach to Landscape Character Assessment’.

Our experience spans conducting LVIAs and TVIAs (including night-time assessments) across diverse areas and contexts, including sites within or adjacent to protected regions such as National Landscapes (Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty), Green Belt, Conservation Areas and National Parks.
