LVA & LVIA case studies

Landscape and Visual Appraisals and Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments — from minor development through to medium and large-scale residential, commercial and agricultural schemes. Our LVIAs and LVAs cover sites within and adjacent to protected landscapes including National Landscapes, Green Belt, Conservation Areas and National Parks, and include night-time assessments under TGN 06/19 where required. Each report is comprehensive and adheres to GLVIA3 (3rd Edition).
